Automatic shut-off valves

In their normal operation, they allow the passage of fluid in both directions without affecting the normal operation of the hydraulic system, but in the event that a pipe breaks, the valve ensures the blocking of the load. The valve needs an “S” adjustment (see technical data sheet) so that the calibration corresponds to 50% higher than the system flow rate.

Calibration can be carried out at our factories or directly by the customer. It is also possible to make a small hole on the plate to ensure a slow descent of the load with the valve closed.

If it is possible to mount the valve inside the cylinder, it can be inserted inside a male / female or female / female column. The safety valve is externally protected by a manganese phosphating treatment.
