These shut-off valves, fitted between the pressure line and the pressure gauge, are used to dampen the shock of the pressure when opening to prevent damage to the gauge,and to isolate the gauge from the pressure line when it is not in use.
The rotating nut allows the gauge to be oriented as desired and the presence of the O-ring inside it prevents the leakage of fluids between the gauge and the shut-off valve. All parts are made of zinc-plated steel.
