The purpose of the MB pressure relief valve is to pr otect the hydraulic system from malfunctions or failures caused by excessively high pressures in the circuit.
A poppet inside the cartridge opens the oil passage when the system pressure reaches the set value. Through the adjustment screw it is possible to calibrate the valve to the desired pressure.
The maximum working pressure is 350 bar, while the maximum flow rate is 80 l/min.
The external components are made of high-strength steel and are protected against corrosion by a zinc plating treatment.
