The purpose of the M pressure relief valves is to protect the hydraulic system from malfunctions or failures caused by excessively high pressures in the circuit.
The M are a direct acting cartridge relief valves. A cone shutter positioned inside the cartridge opens the oil passage when the system pressure reaches the set value.
Through the adjustment screw it is possible to calibrate the valve to the desired pressure.
The external components are made of high-strength steel and are protected against corrosion by a zinc-plated treatment.
