F1E - Flow control valves, pressure compensated 1/4-3/8 BSPP

The fixed compensated flow control valves are used to keep the descent speed of a load constant , regardless of the operating pressure and the value of the load. Typical use is related to tail lifts and hydraulic platforms.

Fixed flow control valves, pressure compensated

F1 and F2 recessed compensated valves are often mounted at the base of the cylinder to ensure a constant flow regardless of the working pressure.

F1s must be mounted in a female recess, with 1/4 BSPP (1/4 G) thread. The F2s must be mounted in a female cavity, with 3/8 BSPP (3/8 G) thread.

The flow rate of the valve varies from 1 l / min up to 18 l / min, each liter corresponds to a valve, the choice is determined by the speed of descent of the load, which is subject to a tolerance of +/- 10%.

They are high performance valves and an excellent quality / price ratio, this is because they do not need any adjustment, once the ideal flow rate which determines the descent speed has been identified, they do not need anything else, in the opposite direction they let the whole flow pass through.

The maximum working pressure must not exceed 250 bar.
