Unidirectional flow control valve

The CU2 is used as a one-way flow regulator, it allows regulation in one direction and full flow in the opposite direction. The valve is not compensated, so the adjustment will depend on the operating pressure, viscosity and temperature of the fluid.

The assembly must take place in a SAE8/2 cavity, the adjustment is made by turning the pin clockwise or counterclockwise i; the locking, on the other hand, takes place by tightening the side nut. The external body is made of high-strength steel and externally protected from oxidation with a zinc-plated treatment.

It is possible to request a zinc/nickel surface treatment to increase oxidation resistance in the event that, for example, the valve is poorly protected and exposed to atmospheric agents.
