Industrial hydraulics and equipment supply

Fidar supplies industrial hydraulic equipment including hydraulic pumps, valves, filters, motors, manifolds, control components and production-line parts. Each request is reviewed against the manufacturer, model, pressure, flow, installation arrangement and fluid compatibility. This prevents a visually similar component from being proposed when its operating characteristics do not match the system.

When an original component is obsolete, difficult to source or no longer supported, the supply process can continue through technical cross-referencing, manufacturer catalogue review and dimensional or functional verification. The objective is to give purchasing, maintenance and engineering teams one accountable route from identification to delivery instead of a fragmented chain of unrelated vendors.

Hydraulic power-unit engineering and manufacturing

A hydraulic power unit must be engineered around pressure, flow, duty cycle, ambient temperature, actuator behaviour and safety requirements. Reservoir capacity, pump and motor selection, control valves, filtration, cooling and instrumentation need to operate as one coordinated system. A collection of individually suitable parts does not automatically produce a reliable hydraulic unit.

Reverse engineering, CNC machining and fabrication

For parts without drawings or usable manufacturing files, reverse engineering begins with dimensional inspection, material assessment and analysis of operating loads. The resulting three-dimensional model, production drawing, tolerances and inspection plan provide a controlled basis for CNC machining, custom hydraulic manifolds, mechanical components and replacement parts.

Steel assemblies require coordination between design, cutting, machining, welding, assembly and final inspection. Defining critical dimensions and acceptance points before production reduces costly rework during installation and helps the manufactured assembly interface correctly with existing equipment.

Quality control for industrial projects

Industrial quality control is more than a visual check at the end of production. Material verification, dimensional inspection, tolerance control, technical-document review, assembly supervision and recorded testing should be planned from the start. Fidar applies this approach to supplied equipment, manufactured components and project deliverables.
