Function and application
The RPC1 is a pressure- and temperature compensated unidirectional flow control valve is designed to ensure precise flow regulation in industrial applications. It is suitable for subplate mounting , offering easy and secure installation. Flow rate is adjusted via a lockable knob , allowing the desired flow to be set and maintained in any position. Among the available variants, the *RPC1-CT version includes a check valve to allow free reverse flow, while the pilot-operated RPC1-CTX provides enhanced stability and precise control of the flow rate—especially in applications requiring variable flow and smooth system start-up. A pilot signal entering through port P keeps the compensator closed, preventing the surge peak that typically occurs when the upstream directional valve connect the flow parth to line A. The adjustment knob is available in three-turn or one-turn versions to meet different regulation needs.
